Are past life events leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from your current self? Do you struggle with painful memories and negative thoughts that detract from your day-to-day life? Life after trauma can feel isolating, but you do not have to carry the weight of these experiences alone.
My name is Kelsey and I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. I am here to offer you a safe place where your thoughts and feelings will be respected and valued. Together, we will navigate your current challenges and work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.
I employ an integrative approach that incorporates different therapy modalities to tailor the treatment plan specifically to your needs and goals. Some of the modalities I draw from include cognitive-behavioural, acceptance and commitment, internal-family systems, solution-focused, person-centred, and psychodynamic. I believe that this comprehensive approach honours the individuality of each client and maximizes the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.
Reaching out for help is the first courageous step toward healing. Book a session with me today and let’s walk together on your journey towards self-betterment.
